Schütz Messtechnik´s Lid Lifter is designed for quick and easy opening of manhole covers and hydrant lids. Even strongly jammed caps can be opened with little effort.

Thanks to the optimal working height, no stooping is necessary. The Lid Lifter is simply pressed down, no traction is necessary, this design ensures fatigue-free work.

Once the Lid Lifter SKH 2000 has been hooked into place on a street cover, press the handle down causing tension in the spring housed within the SKH 2000. When the handle is released, the spring force is used to open the street cap.
